  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 large yellow squash, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir squash, tomato, walnuts, and garlic into coconut oil; cook and stir until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
