Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings

Cooking Directions

  1. Place tuna in a medium saucepan and pour water over it, then sprinkle with onion powder and garlic powder. Lay onion rings on top. Cover the pan and simmer about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
